Computers and Winter Quarter
I get frustrated by stupid things. Today, it was the fact that teachers like to log our lab computers off so they can login using their Novell client. They're not supposed to do it, but they do it anyway. Then, they don't log off properly, so when I try to turn on computers, the login is screwed up, and I have whiny students bitching at me about "my computer doesn't work". >< It's just extra work for me, and I have enough work as it is. ><
Computers as a whole at this school are irritating. They haven't locked them down, so that people can't download porn or casino games, or change the wallpaper, so people are going wild. It's not unusual to have more than 1/2 of the main lab computers down as of late. This is bad normally, but it's uber bad now that they took computers out of dorm rooms. Us commuters have more competition because of that. *sighs*
I can't wait until I can register. I have a fun schedule next time around, if it all works out:
MWF: No classes!
T: History, QR2, and love poetry
TH: Same as above, plus English Capstone
*dances dances*
I'd work at Subway on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I might even make it so I can only work Tuesday nights, then just work all weekend. That wouldn't be too bad. ^^
